Agreed. I remember the first time I heard Mark Hamill was retiring the joker. I got real sad, honestly. I suppose now John Di Maggio may get his shot at everyones favorite headcase clown for a while. Now as for me, I kind of find accepting Marcus Phoenix (or Bender for that matter) as the new Joker a bit hard after years of glorious cackles from the pipes of the one and only Mark Hamill, no matter how amazing John di Maggio may be.

Uhm. I sympathize with you. I've always been a loyal fun of the joker. I love bane too. but the joker's my favorite villain, and the best. Hamill did joker's part well. No one surpass him as the joker. too bad.

Indeed it is. Mark Hamill *is* the Joker, just as Kevin Conroy is Batman. It is sad news, but as I said in the article I can understand why… I guess. Still, I’m gutted.
